About the role...

As the Early Childhood Teacher, your role will require you to work with the centre director in designing, implementing and evaluating individualised programs for children, alongside the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework and Wattle Road Early Education Centre's custom Prepare Curriculum. 

You will be required to effectively communicate with your team members, and develop positive and trusting relationships with families.

As part of the team, you will also need to ensure that all health and safety standards continue to be maintained at a high level.

What we require...

We are looking for a candidate who has completed a degree in the field of Early Childhood Education, or actively be working towards one.

You will need to have a current and paid NSW Working With Children Check.

It would be ideal for our successful candidate to have a current HLTAID003- Provide First Aid certificate, or have undertaken HLTID004- Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting certificate within the last 12 months.

You will also need the Child Protection training approved by ACECQA
